How far can you deliver alcohol?
According to state guidelines, all deliveries of alcohol must be made within 10 miles of the location of pickup. 

This means if you order beer from Crying Eagle you have to live within 10 miles for us to deliver. 

Is it more than just beer and wine?
Currently per state regulations we can only deliver beer, and wine. 

Why can’t I place an order without food?
This depends on the type of location you order from, and based on the type of alcohol licensing of the establishment.

If you order from a restaurant, 30% of your order must be food.

If you order from a liquor store, you must order at least one food item.

Our app will help guide you through the experience to ensure you get what you need. 

Why does the purchaser have to be present?
The person who places the order on the app must be the person to receive the delivery of alcohol, so we can verify the age and information present at checkout. 

Why do you shut down delivery before the store closes?
In accordance with regulations, we must deliver the alcohol before the pickup location closes. If we cannot verify age, we must return the alcohol purchase.
